You'll really feel like a "Has Not" when you get to these seats and see the little concrete wall down in front separating these seats from the "Champions Seats". Unfortunately, that's what new Yankee Stadium is all about. Big money, big corporations and not so much about "Vinny from North Jersey" anymore. It really shows, especially after sitting in the bleachers for a game although it's still plenty rowdy.
The sight line from 128 was excellent. Lots of foul balls were hit into our seats during batting practice before the game as well as during the game. We were in row 13 which to our surprise turned out to be the 2nd row. Walking up to the restrooms, I could see that the view is great from essentially every seat, it's all about how close you want to sit to the field. The aisles between each row are much wider now than the old stadium. So when a neighboring fan wanted out, we just had to adjust our knees to let them out. How much you end up doing that is hit or miss. There are between 18-24 seats in each row if I had to guess. Was surprised to see how empty the ballpark was, everyone is a Yankees fan so you would think of 81 straight sell outs every season. Our section, however, was full but what we got didn't justify the price of the seats. We could see the field well, even from the concourse around the stadium. The concourses are also much wider and don't see as many traffic jams as the old Yankee Stadium.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 128, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Yankees/Texas Rangers game at Yankee Stadium.
