Sat here last season for one of the last few home games vs. the Detroit Tigers. The Twins weren't playoff bound but I was impressed at how well the attendance turned out so late in the season. 30,000+.
We bought our tickets for 318 on Tickets Now which is a subsidiary of Ticketmaster. We were about 6 or 7 rows up, phenomenal seats. Very relaxing section, not a lot of nonsense and drunkenness. Could see the field just fine. Could make out everything except the out of town scoreboard. Of course, the out of town scoreboard isn't that necessary if you're watching for scores at Target Field. Wi-Fi is free at the ballpark and is accessible in every seat, not just the concourses.
Beers were about $7.75 which I have found to be less expensive than most ballparks around the country but only buy $.50 or $1. Huge selection of beer at this place, plenty of local beers and imports.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 318, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Twins/Cleveland Indians game at Target Field.
