Went to a Twins-Oakland Athletics game last July. We were in row 12, seat numbers 3 and 4, we were near the top and it still was not that bad of a seat to have. I did feel a little disconnected from the game knowing that I wouldn't be able to know who is who and the tempo of the game looks much slower from up there. When you sit next to first base and see the speed of these players up close, it's a completely different experience.

There were maybe 15 seats in each row if I had to guess which isn't that many. Made getting in and out of our row quiet easy when it was time to hit the concourse. You can find a stand near these seats called 'Senor Smokes' which serves a souvenier Twins helmet of Nachos. Kind of like how some ballparks serve ice cream in those little souvenier helmets.
The concourses are super wide unlike the Metrodome so you won't experience the traffic jams of fans. The bathroom lines are never that bad as long as you leave while the game is going on. Restrooms are updated and clean. There's just a lot to like about this ballpark.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 304, here is a Youtube video shot from row 13 during a Twins game at Target Field.
