I've sat in 237 more than once so it's not too bad for 9 innings of Twins baseball. I prefer the Grandstand because it's much higher up as opposed to the Pavilion seats down below which are underneath the Grandstand's overhang. The overhang makes it harder to see pop up balls down there.
You can see into either team's bullpen a little from this angle depending on which seat you have. Binoculars will be needed to see into it really well; the Twins use the back bullpen and the visitors use the bullpen closest to the field. Ticket prices for these seats will fluctuate due to the pricing model the organization uses but you can often find them for between $21-$30 on any given night. Expensive but the Twins really draw the crowds now that they have their own ballpark to play in. Kudos to the area fans for doing their part!
