Went to an Angels-Baltimore Orioles game and my seats were located in row C in the middle of the row. Would definitely sit there again considering how good the view of the mound and home plate was.
The terrace is a very underrated area of the ballpark. The view is a little better than the 100s in front of these because I could judge the outfield a little better. You'll get a lot of shade if your seats are here too thanks to the overhang from the loge seats.
I would only recommend skipping seats in row A because the railing might make it a little harder for shorter people to see the field. Other than that, I think most Angels fans will be satisfied with their seats in 212.
Also loved how close Angel Stadium is to LA. Fans don't appreciate the luxury of having three MLB teams so close to each other (Angels, Dodgers, Padres). Angel Stadium is big but not daunting. The concession prices will be expensive but the memories you end up making with your family make the visit worth it, every time.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 212, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Angels/New York Yankees game at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
