To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 128, here is a Youtube video shot from row H, seat 17, during an Angels/Texas Rangers game at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

Perfect seats for the Albert Pujols fanatic. 128 sat just a section or two past first base. The section gives Angels fans the luxury of basically having both infield and outfield seats. It's immediately between the right fielder and first baseman.

You can get as close to the field as you like with rows A thru E or higher up with rows F thru T. No obstructions, just a great view of the field.

The food and beer options are what you would expect. Not all that great and overpriced. Nothing beats the Dodger dog down in Chavez Ravine.
