To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 420, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Royals game at Kauffman Stadium.

If you're going to sit on the top level of Kauffman, go for these seats. The rows start off single lettered and then become double lettered. Directly behind home plate and the top level actually sits somewhat close to the field.

Parking is very simple here, often $10 but the food options are few and the hot dogs are maybe the worst I have had at a ballpark. No joke. The team ain't all that great either.
