I've seen more Royals games than I can count and 319 is one of my favorite spots I've sat so far into my Royals fandom. The loge level seats aren't as good as the plaza and dugout seats but they're many times better than the Hy-Vee seats.
Did I mention there is all you can eat hot dogs, nachos and soda in section 319 too? There are a few other ballpark items too. It's quality was rather good considering how many they have to cook up to serve the masses of Royals fans. You'll need a wristband to access the food area and that will be explained to you upon reaching your designated section. There are 6 or 7 sections in a row on the loge level that are all you can eat.

Our seats were just below the Frank White lounge and above the Royals dugout. I could see the infield and outfield equally well since 319 is right where the infield dirt meets the grass. The jumbo tron is awesome and unique - one of the biggest in Major League Baseball if not the biggest. It kept us informed the entire game with various stats, replays and fun games in between innings.

The outfield walls aren't very high in the outfield but the outfield is kind of deep. I would call Kauffman Stadium a 'neutral' ballpark, benefiting neither the pitcher or hitter.

Per the Royals website, section 319 is an 'All You Can Eat Section'. At $40 per ticket (2013), fans will be able to consume an unlimited amount of hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, pretzels and Pepsi in these seats. Upon entering your assigned section, you will be given a wristband from your section's usher. A wristband is mandatory to receive food. Food service stops at the end of the 7th inning and the primary food stand is just outside of section 321. Alcohol is not included in the ticket price of the All You Eat areas. Fans will only be allowed four items per visit to ensure fast service for everyone.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 319, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Royals/Minnesota Twins game at Kauffman Stadium.
