The bullpens were moved from Right field over to Left about 7 years prior to "Jason" adding his comment (and 10 years ago from now). The right field seats are actually a good place to get a home run ball. The SeatData picture shown here is also outdated.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 104, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Tigers game at Comerica Park.
What makes these seats neat also makes them undesirable. You can see right down into the bullpen when you sit in 104, especially when your tickets are in rows A thru E. But because the bullpen is here, you're seats are even further from the field than the other bleacher sections and there is no way a home run ball is making it's way to your seats; you're just too far from home plate and the ball would land in the bullpen. These seats aren't for everybody but you may actually enjoy them just don't spend a ton of money on tickets here for the premium games.
