I sat here on May 22nd last year while the Tigers were in town. It was a weeknight game and Indian fans, once again, boasted another weak turnout to Progressive. And it was Jimenez vs. Porcello that night too!
257 was a nice little section, I was very please - it's the most ideal for fans that don't want to sit with a ton of other Indians fans walking up and down the aisles while you're trying to watch the game.

Had extra quick access to the restrooms and concessions. These seats are not on the 2nd tier but sit a little further back than the field boxes. The weather cooperated that night but the overhang shields these seats pretty well. They're good seats, I think you'll like them.
