*Smaller section with quick access to concessions.
*Not much of a selection of concession items, though. The only two nearby stands are 'Ballpark Classics' which has all of the basic items like hot dogs, nachos. And then 'Beer Express' is the other concession.
*Comfortable seats, on par with every other seat in the ballpark.
*Sitting higher up allowed us to see the infield much better than the fans in the Outfield Lower Reserved seats.
*The last few rows will be shielded from the elements and the elements DO HAPPEN in Cleveland during the months of April and September. I've attended games in April in gloves and multiple layers of clothes.
*As long as you avoid the upper deck, you should be fine and will be able to see the game well. Word is, the organization is keeping the upper deck closed for most games anyway.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 311, here is a Youtube video shot from there before an Indians game at Progressive Field.
