I used to have season tickets in section 552. I've seen many games from this section and highly recommend it for the true fans that can't afford the best seats in the house but still love to show up and root for their Indians.
552 is behind home plate so you can likely anticipate what the view is like. Pretty standard but the three levels of club seating are what really makes the upper level seem so high up at Progressive Field.
At Comerica Park in Detroit, there are only two levels of seating and the sight lines are excellent all over! I used to love going to Indians games on the road in Detroit.
The rows pretty much all begin with row A and go up thru Z if I recall correctly. I had seats for row K and if the park wasn't crowded that night, I would usually move down to one of the first few rows. I think you'll love the view of the Cleveland skyline from these seats. If there wasn't so much advertising on the main scoreboard, you would be able to see downtown even better.

Getting to your seats can be a little tricky and a lengthy process. Make sure you ask a member of the Progressive Field staff how to reach your seats upon entering. There is plenty of signage all over though, you shouldn't have any problems. GO TRIBE!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 552, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Indians game at Progressive Field.
