Pretty good seats, nothing special about them. There are two separate parts to most of the upper level sections; premium upper box (rows 1-5) and the upper box (rows 6+). It's just a way for the organization to charge a little more for upper level seating which I find ridiculous. The upper level at the cell is one of the most undesirable areas in baseball which is why it's empty for most of the games. If you sit here, you can forget about eating some of the best eats because they all seem to be on the bottom level. And the selection of restaurants in the surrounding area is very limited.
If you're going to be sitting in the 500s on an overcast or scorching hot day, remember that the last 13 rows are now covered by the overhang.
GO SOX!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 528, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a White Sox/Baltimore Orioles game at U.S. Cellular Field.
