To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 38, here is a Youtube video shot from row 8 (seats 10&11) during a Cubs/San Francisco Giants game at Wrigley Field.

Section 38 is on the first baseline in the outfield. It is called a club box. Great seats if a great right fielder like Carlos Gonzalez or Jay Bruce are in town to face the Cubs. The visiting teams relief pitchers will warm up literally feet from you since there are no bullpens at Wrigley Field. They warm up next to the field so you will encounter a lot of Cubs fans giving the visiting pitcher's a hard time in this section. There are 15 rows in this section. Row 1 is ideal for obvious reasons. You would practically be on the field of play. Watch out for foul balls! They frequent this area and there is almost no foul territory at Wrigley Field so balls go into the stands non stop.
