To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 19, here is a Youtube video shot from there following a Cubs game at Wrigley Field.

These are one of the most expensive sections to sit in at Wrigley. Not directly behind home plate but over the left should of the catcher.
I don't like the angle these seats have toward the field. You have to turn your body slightly left.
There are 18 rows in this section beginning with rows A thru C and then rows 1-15.
If you can afford these seats by all means, buy them. You really can't beat the view of the infield.
