I seriously doubt there is anyone that wouldn't like to have these seats. My uncle had season tickets here for over twenty years so I've seen my share of games from here including game 7 of the 2003 Marlins playoff series. If you sit here, you will be right next to the Cubs dugout and the batter's box is right in front. There are now cup holders at every seat in the park; they're attached to the seat in front of you, I remember when there weren't any.

Getting in and out of each row is a bit of a challenge without everyone having to stand up but there aren't many seats in each row so it's not so bad.
These tickets can be had for as little as $70 per ticket on most nights but you can triple that price for high demand games like the White Sox, Cardinals and playoff games.

Wrigley's setting can't be beat with a dedicated L station only one block away, and a vibrant bar scene surrounding the ballpark. Wrigleyville has tons of entertainment and food options of all varieties so a trip to the game should be followed by some local food at Cubby Bear or Billy Goat Tavern, local beers or even just a walk through the neighborhood. From within the confines, you can see some of the lakefront apartment buildings towering above Wrigley. Fans love the rooftops but they're overrated. Nothing beats coming into the actual park for a game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 16, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cubs game at Wrigley Field.
