These seats were much better than I had thought; we were at a great vantage point (bought tickets from a scalper). No fan gets hyped for the upper deck seats but Wrigley is one of the smaller MLB ballparks out there so you're in actuality much closer to the field than you think. There are no obstructions in the 400s; think of them as the first string of seats in the 500s; they're almost like box seats.

I think the place overall needs a lot of work. They've added the Budweiser patio to the right field bleacher area which is cool but it took away from the original layout. The rooftops are great but technically aren't a part of the ballpark. The bathrooms are nasty and I hear the men's bathrooms consist of troughs, not urinals.
