These are great seats in a good ballpark. Let's be honest, there is nothing fancy about this place. So what? A goat ran onto the field and now the Cubs suck...end of story.
If you're looking for a great seat that you're willing to spend some money on that is close to the field, give 117 a look. It had a great fan atmosphere, you could tell the fans there are probably season ticket holders and all love the Cubs. If you just want a cheap seat, it doesn't get any better than the bleachers.
