302 was just a section away from the left field foul pole so our view of right field was pretty lackluster but that's ok. You still get an intimate feeling sitting in the bleachers. Keep in mind that there are no backs to the seats when you sit in the 300s so bring one of those stadium seats you can buy at Dick's Sporting Goods, pretty sure they still let fans bring them in.

Getting to the ballpark early is a must if you're sitting in the bleachers, you want good seats, right? The bleachers are first come, first serve. Sit where you want but beware of the excessive drinking and swearing that you may hear. It's not a good family section.

In terms of location, Wrigley Field isn't very accessible in general. If you drive, you probably won't find any parking. I don't even think Wrigley Field has a designated parking lot. In addition, the park is located deep in neighborhood of Wrigleyville and not directly off an expressway like U.S. Cellular Field, where the White Sox play. In heavy gameday traffic, it will take an eternity to drive through the neighborhood and reach Wrigley. Instead, take the Red Line and get off at the Addison Station and then follow the crowds to the game. The bleacher entrance is along Waveland and Sheffield at Gate N. Just outside of this entrance you'll see the famous Harry Caray statue so bring your camera.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 302, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cubs/Cincinnati Reds game at Wrigley Field.
