Excellent seats with an excellent view. You won't have to worry about any obstructions. If it's raining or too hot, you will be able to go into the club area to escape the elements. There was an in seat menu so we could order food from our seats. There was also a pre game buffet but we didn't indulge. Only a few rows and this is a very private area so you won't have to endure three hours of baseball with all of those obnoxious red sox fans in those tiny little seats.
Part of the Fenway experience for the true Red Sox fans is having to watch a game behind one of those beam poles but I've been there, done that and won't do it again. :D
