The loge seats are the middle portion of seats between the box seats and the grandstand. There will be a lot of fans tying to sneak into these seats from the grandstand or bleachers so keep an eye out.
I used to have season tickets in this section - it was incredible coming to this place 80+ times per year but it sure got expensive. I dropped them just before they broke the curse in 2004.

All of the loge seats are pretty much the same. Congested with railing running all throughout each row and each section. 156 will put you in fairly close proximity to the visitor's dugout and the third baseman. It's not a bad place to sit at all, there are no obstructions, quick access to the concourse. The only thing about the concourse is that it gets jam packed with fans thanks to the pillars along the center of it. It is also dimly lit and the concessions are very small so they can't fit too many workers in there.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from Loge Box 156, here is a Youtube video shot from row MM, seat 10 during a Red Sox game at Fenway Park.
