It's going to be hard to tell which players are which from this high up but 433 is a fun section to sit in. There are a lot of season ticket holders in the area that can be seen at every single game. It's one of the more affordable sections to sit in and the view was awesome.
Rows A thru H are going to be the most ideal because no one likes a steep climb to their seats. I have sat here and other surrounding sections many times for Caps and or Wizards games. The atmosphere is always fun and the top level isn't as bad as one might expect.
