To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 103, here is a Youtube video shot from row 23 during a Sharks vs. Phoenix Coyotes game.

My tickets were in row 7, seat 4 in this section. You're in the corner of the ice. A lot of collisions and crashes in the corners. Close to the action. Expect to pay around $80 for a seat in this section.
Tickets are expensive but you get what you pay for and are guaranteed to enjoy the game. Go Sharks!
