To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 321, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Predators/Anaheim Ducks game.

The upper levels aren't for everyone, especially when watching hockey.
Pros of 321:
Tickets are cheap.
View of the ice is better than the first level.

Cons: Sections are bigger and seats are packed tighter together.
You can't tell who is who on the ice.
You have to follow a good portion of the game on the big screen when you can do that at home.
Finding you seat can be a chore, sometimes you may have to ask for help.
You still have to pay the same prices for beer, food and parking as the guys sitting on the first level.
