To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 120, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Predators/Detroit Red Wings game.

Sat here for a matchup against the Blue Jackets two seasons ago. The game was great and you can't really go wrong here in terms of view. Even in row AA, you're not too close and can see the other side of the ice perfectly (we sat row FF).
Tickets were in the $200 range for these seats, $100 a piece. You can often get tickets at the box office the day of but it's better to buy for future games. We saw a good deal of body checks behind the net, there is always a possibly fight looming near the net.

Bridgestone is located in the heart of downtown Nashville and the traffic can get ridiculous. There are plenty of parking garages available but plan on spending at least $10 for one. I would suggest factoring in at least 45 min before and after an event, most of which will be spent battling traffic and finding your seat.
