To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 209, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Canadiens/Boston Bruins playoff game. It's always a rowdy game when the Habs are playing the Bruins.
I purchased my tickets in 209 via Ticketmaster for $400, two tickets. That's a lot of money but it's neat not having to worry about where or what to eat, instead just paying a flat fee because food is all you can eat in the 200 level sections. Riding the light rail can be so cheap and inexpensive-I would recommend that to make your experience even easier.
Beer is not included in the Club desjardins. The Bell Centre carries the usual Canadian beer products, especially Molson at about $9 per cup at 16 or so ounces. A rip off I know, you may be better off purchasing a tall boy for your money. The view from this section is excellent. You can't go wrong with a seat in the 100s or 200s even though the Bell Centre is the league's largest arena.
