To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 103, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Wild/Winnipeg Jets game.

One thing some fans will enjoy about these seats but some fans may also dislike is that it sits behind the player benches. I wasn't a huge fan because there is so much going on in front of you, I have sat elsewhere in the lower levels and have had a much clearer view.
Row 3 is actually the first row in this section but I would imagine those seats are hard to come by. Rows 17-25 would likely be the best in terms of view (we sat row 14). Loved being close to the glass but not too close. Go Wild!!!
