To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from row 14 during a Sabres/Maple Leafs game.

There are 22 rows in this section and you can see into the penalty box if you're in rows 1 and 2. I liked that the section was near the center ice though not quiet.

You can expect to pay a premium for tickets in this section, especially for divisional games. When I say premium, I'm talking $100+ for essentially all games. It's worth it if you ask me and a fraction of what you will pay in Toronto to see the Maple Leafs at the Air Canada Centre.
