To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 304, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Ducks/San Jose Sharks game at the Honda Center.

While these seats are rather exclusive and private, I was able to sit here with a coworker of mine for a game against the Ottawa Senators. The best thing about these seats isn't the view but how few seats there are in this section.
I have mixed feelings about paying big money on NHL tickets, especially in such a small market, even more so on $8 beers so I don't come to too many Ducks games. But of the few that I have been to, the seats have all been great and so has the Honda Center staff.
