313 was on the second level, don't assume it's on the third level if you have never been to this arena. The section only has four rows, so it is a great family section. You're directly behind the goalie so it does become difficult to see the plays at the net; you just have to wait for the goal horn to set off.
The Ducks shoot on this side of the ice during the 1st and third periods which is great. Hard to make out the players but you can't beat the hockey atmosphere the fills this arena when the puck drops. You'll love the fights too.
