*Same Perspective but Dream Seats 39 are the Seats closest to the Field.*

I had always wanted to sit in the Dream Seats for a game just out of curiosity to see what they were like. Well, I finally got that chance last week for the Cowboys game. With the Skins way out of playoff contention, my wife was able to find a few seats from a local ticket broker/company. She wouldn't tell me how they cost but it was considered a Christmas gift so I was happy as could be. You usually have to "know someone" or get lucky on the street with a scalper to score Dream Seats for a game since there are so few of them to go around. There were only 3 rows in our section which was a definite plus but you still sit around the fans with the normal tickets. Although we were right next to the field, practically on the sideline since the bleacher walls weren't very tall, the view would have been better about 15 rows up. The cheerleaders, coaches, staff, reporters, anyone standing in front of you are capable of making the view of the field less than great. Hard to explain unless until you get here and see for yourself. The Redskins players were positioned on the sideline down to our left - as close as I've ever been to some of these guys and they're huge in person!

We did have our own cup holders - hard to cheer loud if you have to steadily hold your overpriced draft beer. The seats offered a little more legroom which I appreciate being 6'2. Overall, it was a great experience even though Romo and the Cowboys beat the Redskins in the closing seconds. We also parked and tailgated near the Bus/RV lot on the corner of Sheriff Road and Redskins Road - very close to the stadium. If there is one thing Redskins fans know how to do well, it's drink and cook up some great tailgate food.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 39, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Redskins/Philadelphi a Eagles game at Fedex Field.
