This section is ideal for the fan that would want to sit field level and avoid the upper level at all costs. There wasn't much to it. We were just outside of the in bounds line facing the Buccaneers sideline. To the right of our seats was the tunnel the Saints players ran out of before the game but we weren't close enough to interact with them.
After the game, I was surprised with how quick each and every row let out, the traffic jam was slight. Our seats also didn't come with that heavy of a price tag, $200 for two seats which is only a little above face value here. Seats are very similar to the seats I've sat in at other stadiums and arenas in the Florida area. Plenty of room for your belongings underneath your chair. The design of this place reminds me of Everbank Field in Jacksonville. Very open in the end zones which allows for good air flow but doesn't seal in the noise of the fans at all. Sun Life Stadium where the Dolphins play is completely enclosed and as a result, sounds much louder on gameday.
The tailgating is excellent before Buccaneers games as well. The best tailgates are often found in Lots 9 and 11 while lots 1-4 are the closest lots to the stadium.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 151, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/Philadelp hia Eagles game at Raymond James Stadium.
