I'm a New Orleans native that has been to plenty of Saints games in the past but finally got to see my beloved Cowboys in New Orleans this past season. There were Cowboys fans everywhere but the Saints fans didn't seem to mind and were surprisingly friendly to all of us. Especially in our section which was very small. Our seats were in the upper corner of the stadium but we could see all of the plays form really well from that height and the 500s sit in front of the 600s so the view is much better and clearer. Not many rows at all in 536 and were maybe only 12-18 seats assigned in each row. Beware that there are no cup holders anywhere in the stadium so before you clap and cheer, make sure you find a place for your overpriced domestic beer.
The most efficient way to get to these seats would be to enter through Gate G on the Claiborne Avenue side of the stadium. After you get through security, take either the nearby ramp or the escalator to the top and take a right when you arrive at the top. Section 536 will be on your left.
If you're thinking about coming to New Orleans for a visit to see your team play the Saints, you can't go wrong. There are tons of hotels within walking distance including the Quality Inn, Holiday Inn and Hyatt Regency. Bourbon Street, Harrah's and Jackson Square are all within close walking distance. This way, you can drink and get the Bourbon Street experience and not have to worry about driving or paying for parking.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 536, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Saints/Arizona Cardinals game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
