Have sat in 439 numerous times for Dolphins games. In fact, I've probably sat in 60% of the sections at Sun Life as I go to 2 or 3 games per season and have never been a season ticket holder. The upper levels are excellent as long as you're seated along the sides and stay away from the upper corners and the upper endzones. We were on the 10 yard line and could still see the ball with every snap. The club seats all sit on the first level which really helps give everyone a fair view of the game on the upper level. Rows 1 through 6 are the best because they provide for a quick exit since they sit near the tunnel and don't require a lot of step climbing.
The concessions do have some latin and other ethnic flavors as one would expect in Miami but it's still overpriced for the quality you get. There are also no restaurants in the general vicinity of the stadium. So you can avoid the overpriced concessions if you tailgate before the game and bring your own food. Gates for tailgating open 4 hours before kickoff so you'll have plenty of time to get nice and full. Maybe even have a few drinks before coming inside? : )

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 439, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Dolphins/Buffalo Bills game at Sun Life Stadium.
