I sat here for the Patriots game in 2011 row 10. Row 10 was the very last row in section 245. A small portion of the section will be protected from the sunlight (the last two or three rows). So you can expect some shade from the overhang. We were able to easily access section 245 from gates G or H on the south side of the stadium.

The 10 yard line isn't a bad seat location. Rather than sitting above the first level, these seats are actually further back than what most club seats would be. These are not the lavish leather seats that you see Marc Anthony and J Lo sitting in. These are luxury suites. The club seats are just normal seats with maybe a little more leg room than the first level of seating.
I'm not a huge fan of this venue in fact, I find it to be kind of bland. I think the Dolphins' winning ways disappeared when they moved out of the Orange Bowl where they won 5 Super Bowls and were the only undefeated team in the NFL's history.
