To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 204, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jaguars game at Everbank Field.
Had seats for section 204, row C, seat 7 for the Houston Texans game on 11/14/2010. The Jags took the game by a touchdown and there was plenty of offense that day. Keep in mind that row B is the very first row in this section; not sure why. The sight lines were great. The second level is the top level. I think if you purchase your tickets in 204, you will instantly notice that they feel further back rather than 'higher up'. And some fans will enjoy that while others won't.
Don't expect the same fan or tailgating atmosphere that Fedex Field or Lambeau Field has. Jaguars fans are very laid back and only support the Jaguars when they're winning. The tarps covering the upper level corners seats are living proof of that. Hopefully things will turn around for the better in the coming years with a new owner who seems to be very savvy.
