From most seats in section 449, it will be easy to feel disconnected from the game unless you get the loge seats which are rows 1 thru 6. All of those seats will sit closer to the field and are padded and much more comfortable for seating. (You won't be standing too much during the game, except for big plays).

The sight lines are pretty good to average. The higher you get in this section the more the view of the field, weakens obviously. Avoid any seat past row 20 for safe measure.

If you hate the upper levels just wait until you have some more money saved up to attend a Cowboys game because this stadium does not cater to broke people; that is a fact.
