A friend of mine splits his Browns season tickets with his dad so I've attended a couple of games while sitting here. It's always exciting.
148 is part of the 'Non Dawg Pound', so these seats are all individual seats and not bleachers so it's a much more comfortable end zone area. The section is split into halves so you will want to buy your tickets in the first 20 rows if at all possible.
I've sat in the new Dawg Pound and the old Dawg Pound at the old Municipal Stadium and these seats are much less rowdy but still not someplace ideal for kids. Browns fans are passionate about their team.
I've also sat on the upper deck of the new stadium and the view isn't so bad but the first level is the only place for me. Many of you will be disappointed if your seats are in the '500s'.
The food is overpriced so I would suggest hitting the Warehouse District before the game if you're not tailgating in the Muni/3rd street Lots.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 148, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Browns/Washington Redskins game at FirstEnergy Stadium
