Wow, what a view. You don't get the view of Cleveland's downtown from section 533 but you can see parts of Lake Erie really well depending on which seat you have.
Even for seats in the upper level, you can easily spend $100+ on a ticket if you're sitting near the 50 yard line. That also depends on which game you're going to. I was at the Carolina Panthers game in 2010 and was able to get two tickets for row 21, seats 7 and 8 for $100. Not too bad of a deal, especially if you're taking the RTA and don't have to pay for parking.

As a general rule, stay as far from row 32, the very last row as possible. That's just too many stairs to climb to get to and from the concourse area if you have an overactive bladder or frequent the beer concessions. In terms of beer, don't expect too many imports, not even Great Lakes Brewing Co. Coors Light and Miller lite seem to be the norms.
