Very steep section to sit in near the upper corner of the stadium. (Downtown side of the stadium, not the lake side). The seats weren't very wide across which made for an intimate experience with the 300 lb. guy sitting next to me.
The wind gusts were also absolutely brutal up there... even during October, you will want to wear layers. I guess that's the downside of building your stadium next to a lake some 50 miles from the Canadian border.
On a brighter note, getting to these seats was rather simple. We just entered the Southwest Gate and rode the escalator up. You'll see it when you walk through the gate. There are only two escalators to the upper level in the whole stadium, the others go to the club level only. There are ramps in all four corners of the stadium but the walk time is 10-15 minutes due to the crowds which is a good way to lose the buzz you got going during the tailgate. Getting into the stadium was also a bear. It's best to end the tailgate early and get to the game early.

To give you an idea what the view is like from section 502, here is a Youtube video shot from row 17/seat 2 during halftime at a Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium.
