To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 309, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a college football game at Paul Brown Stadium.

I've only sat in 309 once and it was for the Wildcard game in 2010 against the New York Jets. I froze my ___ off as did most of the stadium. The wind gusts from the river make this place even colder than what the forecast says. You have to bundle up from October on.

The sight lines from 309 were pretty good; as good as they could be for the top level. I have only been to Paul Brown Stadium for NFL games so I don't really have any place to compare it to. The stairs are a little steep but each seat has plenty of leg room so you won't be packed in too tightly with your neighbor. There are a good deal of Bengal rowdies up there.

The food options aren't all that diverse, it's your pretty typical stadium fare. If you want to park and are not tailgating, I always recommend the Fountain Square underground garage; $10 and it has security and is only a few blocks from the stadium. Rockbottom Brewery is a great place to eat either before or after the game.
