Had these seats for the Broncos game last November; what a blast.
247 was a comfortable section, seemed more spacious than the seats I've had in the past on the lower level. Half of this section consisted of club seats and the other half were regular seats. Not sure why it's designed that way but I'm pretty sure it's so that Mike Brown can squeeze a few extra thousand out of Bengals fans by charging more for club seats.
The view is darn good, 247 definitely delivered in that regard. Not too many Bengals fans would be upset with these seats though I'm not making any guarantees.
I love the Jungle Zone near the east plaza level, love the Who Dey Chants, love the tailgating at Longworth Hall but I still feel that this places lacks something. Maybe it's the plain green seats or the lack of "Bengaldom" in the concourses but even Ford Field in Detroit is a better stadium than this one. Mike Brown needs to step it up and give this place a little bit of a facelift... AT HIS EXPENSE. Bengals fans have contributed enough money towards this place.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 247, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bengals/Dallas Cowboys game at Paul Brown Stadium.
