Seat view from section 231 at Paul Brown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals

The first 10 or so rows in this section would be an amazing vantage point to the game. The far corners aren't always the best seats in any venue so you won't want to be too high up.
What I love the most about the mid level sections is that there is practically no wait for beer or concessions during the game. The sections don't hold a lot of fans and for many of the games are never full.

The seats are padded and there is an excess amount of leg room for your feet. Score! If you sit on the top levels, you can get a great glimpse of the Ohio River and/or Cincinnati skyline. I don't think there is a bad set of seats in this arena, just seats you would prefer to sit in.

If you're looking for tickets in section 231, buy with confidence. You'll enjoy the game from there.
