Even though we were behind the uprights on the second deck, the rock pile is a decent place to sit without completely breaking the bank on tickets. We were still much closer to the field than the fans sitting one the sides in the 300s. Section 200 is a very rowdy area; keep that in mind. It's not someplace you would want to sit with your kid due to the obscene language and excessive drunkenness. The Rock Pile is Buffalo's version of the Dawg Pound (Cleveland Browns).
The one major downside was having the scoreboard/jumbo to our back. When we wanted to see how much time was left, we had to do a complete 180 degree turn. If you're a Jets or Giants fan, you will laugh at this because Metlife Stadium has a jumbo screen in all four corners of the stadium.
So to sum things up, yes the view is decent but many fans simply won't like these seats. There's a reason they're priced at $25 a game for season ticket holders.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 200, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bills/Pittsburgh Steelers game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
