To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 115, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cardinals/Indianapolis Colts game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
I purchased a buddy's Cardinals season tickets this year lower level row 4, section 115 - all 8 home games. The seats aren't bad but I still think football is better watched at home in front of a 60 inch HD tv. I have been to other events at U of P stadium and they always seem so small in scale thanks to the size of the stadium (concerts).
The seats are a plastic but comfortable red/silver colored, depending on which seat you have. Not quiet as comfortable as the club seats from what I hear; those seats are padded like what you would find at a movie theater. If a neighboring fan wants out of their row, you will have to stand up to let them out. I would imagine that would be annoying if you end up with an aisle seat.
I do think that tailgating for Cardinals games are always fun but the hot sun can put a damper on that rather quickly. I would much rather live in Boston or New York and be a tailgating pro!
