Best seats in the arena but that goes without saying. I purchased two seats for my girlfriend and I during my visit to D.C. last season. The Wizards were playing the Indiana Pacers which just so happens to be one of my favorite teams growing up. We were in row R which was one of the last few rows but at least we had quick access to the food lines.
We had room for our knees but the seats aren't too generous at the arm rests. Row R was perfect because we could see both ends of the floor without distraction and were in perfect view of the jumbo screens. If you sit too low, you won't be able to see the jumbo which is 4 sided unlike the usual 8 sided jumbo screens you'll see in most NBA arenas.

I would recommend eating at the Capitol Brewery before or after the game to save money if you don't want to spend a ton of the pricey concessions. We ate there after the game but I wish we had eaten there before; there is so much to do in the area surrounding the arena (Gallery Place and Chinatown), any type of restaurant you desire will be there.

Luckily, we didn't have to park our car since we were staying at the Courtyard by Marriott on F Street. We had just a short walk to the arena from the front door and didn't have to worry about how much beer we consumed. It was a good night.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 111, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a High School game at the Verizon Center.
