Section 116 was ok but nothing to write home about and not really memorable except for the fact that we were above the tunnel leading to the Raptors locker room so we got to see the players up close. It was pretty cool before the game as the team took the floor but the corners offer poor sight lines for basketball. For a Maple Leafs game, these seats would be excellent although I only get to see about one Leafs game each season since tickets are always so expensive. The area between each row though is spacious not only here but all over the lower level. The Air Canada Centre is a very clean and comfortable arena.
Section 116 wasn't far from the main entrance of the ACC (Gate 1) but Gate 6 will be much easier and quicker to get through come game time if you're sitting here. The gates open only an hour before the game so the flow of fans can sometimes be rocky depending on when everyone arrives.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Raptors/Memphis Grizzlies game at the Air Canada Centre.

I would avoid this section.
I paid $150 for two tickets to a raptors game and was pretty disappointed. Not really close to the court, nestled in the far corner of the arena. Lower level but that doesn't always cut it.
There are 2 parts to this section. The first part was rows 9 thru 17. The 2nd part were rows 21 thru 30.
I prefer to sit close to the action and unfortunately, the air canada centre is pretty spread out.
