To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 223, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs/Dallas Mavericks game at the AT&T Center.

Our seats were almost center court and were also directly faced toward the Houston Rockets bench. I liked that all of the seats were colored black, it makes it feel like this arena is the home of the Spurs and not a shared venue with the San Antonio Rampgage, rodeos, cattle events.
The entire upper level is at a very steep incline which can be intimidating for patrons. I didn't think they were that bad. Fans will be packed in tight together. Not good so prepared to get comfy with your neighbor and hope it is a small person.

Not much room for your legs here either but I think that is relative to the size of the person. I'm pretty tall. We were in row 9. I think there are 23 total rows in mostly every section on the upper level. Don't ever listen to that B.S. that every seat is a great seat because it just isn't true. What fan has ever sat in every seat?

Come prepared to spend some money when you go to a Spurs game. Lots 1,2 and 3 will have $15 parking, last season they did at least and those lots are right next to the arena but it can be a little bit of a wait getting out after the game.
Also expect to pay plenty of money towards concessions as you probably could have guessed. There do have some great options though including Bexar County BBQ, Whataburger, the Terrace Club and River City Grill. TEXMEX is the main theme of the food but that's San Antonio.
