Sat here for the New York Knicks game back in 2010. No matter how good or bad the Knicks are, that game is always going to be a hot ticket in Portland.
Felt a little far from the court and disconnected from the game until something exciting happened like a big defensive play or dunk.
The game looked much slower from that far back. I have sat close to the court before and that's a completely different experience altogether. Sit according to your preference, just know that in an arena of this size, not every seat is a great seat; ignore the cliche.

And for heaven's sake, ride the Max to the arena if you want to save money and like to drink! No limit on how much you can drink when you're riding public transportation plus thousands of other Blazer fans will be doing the exact same thing.
