To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 201, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a 76ers game at the Wells Fargo Center.

This review is for section 201, row 12, seats 3 (vs. the Washington Wizards). Our row was one of the last few rows so we were way up there. There must have been 15 rows total which is way smaller than the first level.

The space between each seat was a little cramped and there wasn't a ton of space between each aisle. If another fan needed out of the row, we were forced to stand up which can be hell if you get stuck with the aisle seat.
The upper level was sparsely populated, most of the fans were focused towards the upper center court seats. The jumbotron hangs really high compared to other stadiums so you won't be able to see across the arena into some parts of the other upper level. That could be annoying but you're there to see watch the game.

The upper levels can be accessed via the escalators that can be found throughout the first level. If you can't find your way to your seats, just ask a member of the arena staff because they are all very friendly in my experience.
There are four main entrances to the arena; the Broad Street side is the main entrance but the I-95 entrance usually has the least amount of foot traffic before the game.
